Technical Customer Support Servicecenter (m/f/x)

For our location in Friedersdorf, we are looking for employees (m/f/x) in the range of customer support.

Your tasks:
  • processing of technical customer requests via email and telephone
  • guiding the publcation of websites
  • advising about our own plans and services
  • adivising on typical application software
Your skills:
  • ideally a professional training as IT specialist or IT management assistant
  • basic skills in PHP, HTML and MySQL
  • interest for webdesign and programming
  • communication skills and a high level of customer orientation
