Domain migration service

Our experts are on hand to assist you with your domain provider transition. They will guide you through the necessary steps and ensure that your domain transfer is seamless. Prior to the transfer, you have the option to configure your web space and email accounts so that during the transition, your websites and email addresses will remain active without any interruptions.

There's no need to manually transfer data from your existing web space by downloading and uploading it separately. Utilise our Account Transfer tool! Simply input your login details, choose your transfer preferences, and initiate the process: Your data, including databases, will be automatically migrated to your new account.

Domain transfer

.DE Domains: To transfer .DE domains, you'll need an authorization code (EPP), which you can obtain from your previous provider. Enter this code during the ordering process or send it to us afterwards. Upon receiving the authorization code, we will begin the transfer of your .DE domain.

.COM Domains: Similar to .DE domains, transferring .COM domains requires an authorization code (EPP). Obtain this from your former provider and input it during the ordering process, or forward it later. This code enables us to initiate your .COM domain transfer.

Data transfer

FTP data: You can use the account transfer tool in your KAS panel to transfer your FTP data. (KAS).

Databases: You can use the account transfer tool in your KAS panel to transfer your databases. (KAS).

Emails: Set up your email addresses through your KAS panel panel once your account is activated. Existing email data can then be imported directly using the import tool in our WebMail client.
