Step 1:

An up- or downgrade of your webhosting plan is possible at any time inside your Members Area. Click on Contract Administration and click Edit right next to your contract description.

Step 2:

Now click on Plan change.

Step 3:

Now please select your desired plan. You can online switch to one of the plans that are currently offered on our website. In case a migration to another server is also necessary, it will be shown next to the plan description. Your FTP data, your databases as well as your email accounts will be transferred to a server with up-to-date software. All settings that are made in your KAS (Technical Administration) panel will be preserved. You can either initiate the transfer immediately or otherwise it will be conducted the following night between 2:00 and 7:00 a.m. Please note that the accounts transfer to another server will lead to a downtime of all services for approx. 4 hours. We recommed to make a backup of your data beforehand and to check for proper functionality after the plan change. Now you can now also select a new prepayment period which will start from the day of the plan change. The remaining balance from the previous plan will be settled on the plan change invoice. In case of cancellation, no refunds are possible. Finally, check the option Change the webhosting plan now and click NEXT.
