If you want to switch from a webhosting plan to a dedicated managed server, please first order the server directly on our website.

Please be prepared for a waiting time of up to 1 - 2 weeks. Incurring costs are a one-time setup fee of 99.95 EUR and the monthly basic charge, depending on the selected server plan.

The migration of your data can be conducted by our support team. Please log in to your MembersArea as soon as you did get the server's login credentials and send us an email. You can find our contact details here.
