Data Backup: Backup FTP account with tar

Step 1:

Please note that SSH access is only available starting from the ALL‑INKL Premium plan.

Log in to the server with your SSH client. Change to the directory above (/www/htdocs/).

Now execute the following command:
tar cfz [BACKUPNAME].tar.gz FTP-LOGIN/

You can also use this method for individual directories.
