Step 1:

This tutorial only describes the cancellation of single domains. If you want to completely cancel your contract, please proceed using the following tutorial:

Cancellation of contract

Keep your login credentials on hand. You will require them, because we cannot cancel your contract via email or telephone. In case you don't have the login credentials anymore, you can contact us at any time. You can find our contact details here. Please keep your customer number or domain name on hand.

Step 2:

Log in to your Members Area using customer number and password.

Step 3:

Click the menu item Domain Administration and then choose Domain List.

Step 4:

Here you can see all domains that are currently included in your contract. Click Edit right next to the respective domain.

Step 5:

Now you need to select what do you would like to do with the domain.

Cancel domain

The deletion of the domain will be requested at the domain registry. The domain will be available again for everyone to register.

Transfer the domain to another webhosting provider (KK)

The domain will be marked for provider transfer. The procedure differs depending on the domain ending. The new provider should tell you the exact procedure.

Step 6:

As soon as the domain is either deleted or transferred to another provider, you can see that in your domain list.
