This is a legal note. Please read it carefully and then click on NEXT.Step 6:
Now please choose the conditions at which the domain should be registered. For many top-level domains a so-called authorization code (EPP code) is required for the provider transfer. It's a kind of password and consists of a 6-16 character long combination of letters and numbers.
Enter the EPP code in the respective field.
Click on ORDER afterwards.
Step 7:
In case the EPP code is incorrect, you will receive a notification by email. Please check first whether the EPP code has been entered correctly and whether it conforms with the one you have got from your former provider. If this isn't the case, please enter it again. You can find the link directly on the homepage of your Members Area under Further information can be found here.As far as you have entered the EPP code correctly and the error message persists, please contact the support of your former provider for scrutiny.
As soon as the domain has been transferred successfully, you will also receive an email from us and the domain will a appear in the domain list showing the related status. Then it can still take 6 to 48 hours until the domain will be 100% available via our nameservers. During this stage some queries will already route to our nameservers and some will still route to the nameservers of the former provider.
Important: Only the domain itself is affected by the transfer. Data and settings will not be transferred.
In order to avoid data loss, we recommend to prepare the provider transfer and you should already backup your data beforehand and upload it to our server. Email accounts should already be set up inside your KAS (Technical Administration) panel, since emails are also either still sent to the former provider or already sent to our email server.
