First, select one of our web hosting plans. During this process, you'll have the option to enter the domain you wish to transfer. Make sure to check the box that indicates "The domain already exists and should be transferred.

Most domain registries, including those for .DE, .COM, .NET, .ORG, .CH, and .EU domains, require an authorization code (or EPP code) to facilitate the transfer.

Please request the authorization code from your previous provider. You can then enter the code directly during the ordering process or send it to us later. We will initiate the domain transfer after you have transmitted the authorization code.

Upon receiving your request for a provider change—whether through the authorization code or a KK form—we will begin the transfer process at the responsible registration office.

Please Note: Transfers are not available for certain top-level domains, including .CN, .FM, .NU, .AM, .CD, and .RU

Important Reminder: Only the domain itself will be transferred. All other associated data and settings will remain with your previous provider and must be moved separately if necessary.
