ALL-INKL.COM WebMail: How to import an address book from a CSV file

Step 1:

Log in to your WebMail using your email address and the related password.

Step 2:

Click the Contacts icon.

Step 3:

Click the Address book actions icon and select Import contacts.

Step 4:

Now select the address book where the contacts should be imported to. You can either select an already existing address book or create a new one.

Step 5:

Afterwards you can select whether the contacts to be imported should be assigned to a certain group or not. If the contacts should be assigned to a group, you can either select an already existing group or create a new one.

In case the contacts stored in the CSV file are already assigned to a group and you also determine a group during the import procedure, the affected contacts will be imported to both groups. If you don't want this and if the contacts should be only imported to the group which has been determined during the import procedure, please check the option Remove existing groups on importing.

Step 6:

Now hit the Browse button and upload the CSV file from your local computer.

Step 7:

Please check if the contact data in the CSV file has been properly assigned to the fields in the address book. The checkboxes can be used for selecting which fields you want to import. Using the up and down arrows you can change the assignment. If everything is alright, click the OK button.

Step 8:

Click on Import file.
