ALL-INKL.COM WebMail: How to import emails from other email accounts

Step 1:

WebMail allows to import email data from other email accounts.

Step 2:

Inide your WebMail client click on Settings (tool icon) and then on Import.

Step 3:

Now please enter the login credentials of the source mailbox. In case you don't know the login data, please contact the provider where the source mailbox is hosted.

Please note that if you are using POP3 you will only have access to the inbox and therefore only the emails from the inbox will be imported.

Important: In case you have enabled the two-factor authentication at the other email provider, you will need a specific password for the import. Perhaps it is also necessary to unlock access for the WebMail seperately. Please follow the instructions of the respective email provider.

Step 4:

Choose the desired folder in the destination mailbox where the emails should imported to. In our example the "Import" folder is used.

Step 5:

You can also select whether the imported emails should be marked as read or unread or whether the current mark should be left untouched.

Step 6:

Afterwards click on Start import.

This process can take some time, depending on the mailbox size.

After the import has been finished, you will receive an email with diagnostic informations. In case of error it can be helpful to our support when it comes to troubleshooting.

Please note: The browser window must not be closed during the import is ongoing!
