Technical Datacenter Support (m/f/x)

In order to expand the teams in our datacenter, we are searching for employees (m/f/x) in the range of Technical Support.

Your tasks:
  • surveillance of the accessibility of servers, intervening in the case of malfunctions
  • optimization of server functions
  • installations, maintenance work, hardware replacements
  • technical customer support via email and telephone
Requirements:
  • professional training as IT specialist, IT systems technician, IT system administrator or a similar education
  • good knowledges in the range of computer networking and Linux
  • knowledges in PHP and MySQL recommended
  • customer-oriented thinking and acting
  • high awareness for data protection and data security
  • willingness to work in 3 shifts
