The customer is solely responsible for all content stored on their hired account. Neue Medien Münnich reserves the right to immediately lock the account and notify the customer in the event that any content stored on the account is found to violate legal requirements.

The following contents and types of use are not allowed on managed servers:

  • Mass mailing
  • Contents that offend the honor of third parties, insult or disparage other persons or groups of persons
  • Pornographic content of all kinds (hardcore porn)
