Security Notes: Watch out for phishing emails and phishing websites!

Step 1:

Again and again, domain owners and website operators receive fake emails, e.g. emails that appear to be sent or commissioned by us. Some typical contents are:

Alleged expiration of domain registrations

You will be informed that a domain registration will end if you do not respond. In this context, you will usually be requested to directly register with a website (sometimes also with other third-party domain providers) and to transfer the domain (registered with us). Or you will even be asked to make a payment directly to prevent the domain registration from expiring.

Please note: Registrations of domains that you have ordered with our service are always automatically renewed, unless you have cancelled them! You do not have to do anything. You can always check the status of your domains directly in your MembersArea under the menu item "Domain Administration".

Prompt for login on fake websites

You are asked to log in to your MembersArea, KAS panel or WebMail with your login data. However, the link contained in the phishing mail does not lead to the correct administration panel that belongs to us, but to a fake website.

Please always use only the direct, official links to our administration panels! You can always reach them directly from our main website ALL-INKL.COM via the CUSTOMER LOGIN menu.

Request to enter credit card data

We do not provide payment by credit card. Therefore, we have never requested this data from you and do not require any information about your credit card details such as card numbers or TANs. If this information is requested in an email or on a website in our name, it is a fraud attempt!

Emails with dangerous file attachments

Files attached to emails with unknown file extensions, zip files or directly executable files such as .EXE represent a particularly high risk (viruses, trojans, ...) and should not be opened!

Behavior in dealing with phishing emails

Do not use any links from the email!
Do not open any email attachments!

However, if you have been fooled by a phishing email and have already submitted sensitive data to another website, you need to react immediately:

You must change the passwords of the respective panel immediately!

If it is a main user login (with access to subordinate logins), you must immediately change all subordinate passwords as well!

If you have entered credit card or account data, report this immediately to your financial institution!
