Ordering an account: Ordering a web hosting plan with existing domain (KK - change of provider)
Step 1:
Select the plan that suits your requirements from the plan overview on our website and click on SUBSCRIBE.Step 2:
Enter your desired domain name. Please note that this must be entered without www and the ending must be selected from the drop-down menu.Check the box next to The domain already exists and is to be transferred. (KK / provider change).
Click on CONTINUE.
Step 3:
Then enter your personal data. Please note the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*).You will need the customer password to access the contract management area. You can choose whether you want to assign the password yourself or have one generated automatically. Please note that, unlike automatically generated passwords, passwords you assign yourself will not be sent to you by email. All passwords must be reset when you log in for the first time.

You can obtain this from your old provider. Only the domain itself is affected by the transfer. All other data and settings will not be transferred.

Step 6:
Select the prepayment option from the drop-down menu My desired prepayment period. You can choose between 1 and 12 months in advance.Enter your current bank details under Direct debit authorization.

You now have the option to enter a separate email address for invoice delivery. This means that invoices will only be sent to this email address.
